By accessing or using the PosFlex website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

PosFlex provides growth marketing services for trade and owner-operated businesses, including but not limited to search engine optimization, paid advertising management, website design and development, and related marketing tools. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately with each client before work begins.

Booking a call or consultation through our website does not create a binding service agreement. It simply reserves time for us to discuss your business needs. Any paid engagement begins only after both parties agree to specific terms, scope, and pricing.

Fees for services are set out in the proposal or agreement provided to each client. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on the terms specified at the time of engagement. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until outstanding balances are settled.

Where a performance guarantee is offered (as described on our website), it applies only when the agreed growth plan has been followed as intended. It does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes beyond what is explicitly agreed in writing for a given engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created for a client (such as website code, ad creative, or written copy) become the client's property once paid for in full. PosFlex retains the right to showcase completed work, including screenshots and summaries, in our own portfolio and marketing materials.

Our website integrates third-party services such as Google Calendar for bookings and various ad platforms for campaign management. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PosFlex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
